- I am Managing Director of Reliance Associates LLC. We assist companies and associations in marketing and development. During my career I have acquired funding, negotiated acquisitions & divestitures and been involved with the operations of a variety of companies. I have facilitated over 60 mergers and acquisitions. Raised over US$10 MM of a US$30 MM total raised for a venture where sales increased from US$1 MM to US$23 MM during my tenure. I was Vice President of Interline Communications (a USWest company), responsible for the smart buildings initiative. Mentored the President of a newly subsidiary of Illinois Bell (successfully spun-off in six months). Prepared a Johnson Controls subsidiary for sale (successfully divested). At the BBH&S consulting firm IBM and Honeywell were direct clients. I was Executive Vice President (Chief Staff Officer) of The Building Owners and Managers Association International for a decade and prior to that Executive Vice President of the Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce. I am a graduate of Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.
